• Ms Kelly

  Kelly Huddleson has been molding young minds in the Early Childhood Education field for 20 years. As the onsite managing partner, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations and making sure that our families receive the best childcare experience possible. Kelly says, "I am honored to bring such a premium childcare program to the families of Viera and the surrounding communities, and I can't wait to share my passion for early childcare education with all of our families and staff." Kelly is married to her loving husband Chad, and together they have three teenage sons. In their spare time, they love to spend time out on the water or in the Florida Keys.

• Mr Scott

  Scott Sheldon is honored to bring The Goddard School to Viera and the surrounding communities. Scott, his wife Tracy, and daughter Ashlyn love how community oriented Viera is. Scott also owns The Goddard School of Oviedo which is ranked among the top 5% of all Goddard Schools. Scott graduated with a civil engineering degree from UCF and an MBA from the University of Florida. “My family and I are excited to be part of the Viera community. To bring such a high quality pre-school program to our families is truly a blessing.”

• Ms Emily

  As our Director of Operations, Ms. Emily's primary responsibilities are concentrated in licensing compliance and quality assurance. Emily owns the family journey from enrollment through orientation, and beyond. She brings an enthusiasm to maintaining each family's confidence in our extraordinary environments while placing your child's best interest at the forefront of it all. Emily has a love for problem-solving paired with an lively personality which compliment her commitment to operational excellence. Emily is married to her loving husband, Shawn, and together they are "Mama" and "Dada" to two littles - Lorelei and Greyson - who are full of wonder for the world around them!

• Ms Melissa

  As our Director of Education, Ms. Melissa's primary responsibilities are concentrated in professional development and curriculum programming. Melissa owns the faculty journey from recruitment through onboarding, and beyond. She brings a drive to empower each teacher using hands-on coaching that supports their everyday needs to ensure we deliver on our promise of extraordinary experiences that nurture your child's curiosity. Melissa has a love for learning paired with a relatable, easy-going personality which compliment her commitment to educational excellence. Melissa has been married to her husband Rob for over 30 years and together they have 4 wonderful children who live here in Florida and North Carolina.

• Ms Carolann

  Ms. Carolann has worked in the field of early childhood education nearly 5 years! She wishes to foster a love for learning through creating an inclusive environment through positive relationship building. As a mom herself, Ms. Carolann has a patience that is unmatched – which is a gift in working with such a high-energy, curious age. Ms. Carolann recognizes the importance of connecting with a child and engaging their interests in learning.

• Ms Christina

  As our Assistant Director of Operations, Ms. Christina works closely with families to support their experience with us. Christina approaches everything she does with a strong attention to detail and transmittable calmness. She strives to make every child feel welcomed and loved from the start! She loves that her role allows for her to contribute to our guarantee of a healthy and safe environment. Christina recently moved to the sunshine state with her husband and is enjoying getting to explore its beauty. She loves the spending time at the beach and won’t miss the snow!

• Ms Lori

  As our Assistant Director of Education, Lori works closely with the faculty to support the learning happening in our classrooms every day. Lori approaches everything she does with optimism and a contagious smile. She leads by example with her go-getter spirit, and intentionally connects with every little one that walks through our doors. Lori loves that her role allows her to positively influence their learning and growth through every stage in their time here with us. Lori is married to her husband, Jason, and together they have three teenage sons. As a family, they love exploring outdoors and spending time on their boat fishing.

• Ms Audra

  Ms. Audra has worked in the field of early childhood education for some time! As a mom of two herself, one of Ms. Audra’s most prominent qualities she’s developed in her role as both mom and teacher is patience, which is much needed in working with such an active and inquisitive age group! Ms. Audra is passionate about supporting each child’s growth and discovery every step of the way.

• Ms Caitlin

  Ms. Cate has worked in the field of early childhood education for some time! Ms. Cate aims to create a nurturing space that encourages children to explore. As a mom of three, Ms. Cate recognizes firsthand the importance of establishing communicative home-school connections in fostering development.

• Ms Colleen

  Ms. Colleen has worked in the field of early childhood education for over three decades! She has experience as both a teacher and administrator in the field and brings a wealth of knowledge along with a child-like spirit! She loves how authentic children are with their words and actions!

• Ms Elizabeth

  Ms. Elizabeth has worked in the field of early childhood education for nearly two decades! She has an adaptable nature that has carried her through both classroom and administrative support roles. Ms. Elizabeth finds fulfillment in seeing a child master new skills as they grow. As a mom of two and a licensed foster parent, Ms. Elizabeth brings an unmatched level of compassion in connecting with children.

• Ms Jazmin

  Ms. Jazmin has worked in the field of early childhood education with for nearly two decades! She guides learning through play and finds joy in seeing her littles reach developmental milestones. As a mom of two herself, Ms. Jazmin believes in making memories through spending quality time together in the midst of daily routines!

• Ms Julie

  Ms. Julie has been working in early childhood education for quite some time! She takes pride in helping them learn new things and reach milestones! Ms. Julie believes that connecting with a child and teaching them to enjoy school and learning new things has a huge impact on setting them for successful future.

• Ms Katie

  Ms. Katie has worked in the field of early childhood education for a few years now! She loves that there is not one single day that’s the same when working with children. Every day is a new adventure! Ms. Katie finds joy in introducing creative projects and seeing how the children express themselves through creating their own forms of art!

• Ms Kiani

  Ms. Kiani, known to her families as “Ms. Kiki”, has worked in the field of early childhood education for some time! Growing up in a family-oriented environment, her nurturing manner has led her to find her niche in working with toddlers. She recognizes that quality interactions play a significant role in building relationships with her littles.

• Ms Lily

  Ms. Lily comes from a background of retail management and life coaching. As a mom of two herself, though, Ms. Lily is a nurturer by nature and felt called to step into the field of early childhood education. Ms. Lily brings a can-do attitude and intention to grow right alongside the little ones she gets to care for every day!

• Ms Lynexis

  Ms. Lynexis has worked in the field of early childhood education for a few years now. Her passion for the field is driven by the joy that comes when a child in her care reaches a milestone after continued attempts! She believes that learning happens at every age and no matter how little, fostering opportunities for independence allows for growth to happen. She wants everyone to feel welcomed and loved because that security is the basis for growth!

• Ms Maritza

  Ms. Maritza has worked in the field of early childhood education for some time! Ms. Maritza loves to create activities that allow for movement! As native of Columbia, Ms. Maritza finds joy in introducing the children to the Spanish language. Ms. Maritza is a mom herself and believes it is important to introduce children to a variety of enrichment experiences at an early age so they can find exactly what it is that interests them.

• Ms Michelle

  Ms. Michelle has worked in the field of education for over 30 years as a certified teacher, most recently with Brevard Public Schools. She tried to retire, but missed the joy that comes from the day-to-day in the classroom. Ms. Michelle loves to connect with the children on a personal level, and believes these connections fosters their growth. Ms. Michelle loves reading and incorporating story-telling!

• Ms Sally

  Ms. Sally has worked in the field of early childhood education for more than three decades! She finds the most joy in developing genuine connections with the children in her care. Despite all the experience she has, Ms. Sally continuously seeks opportunities to grow. This life-long love of learning is something she wishes to instill in every child.

• Ms Vanesa

  Ms. Vanesa has worked in the field of early childhood education for over 20 years! She loves seeing a child’s reaction when they finally learn something and put that learning to use themselves. Knowing that she was a part of that learning moment is fulfilling to her! Ms. Vanesa loves that our curriculum allows for children to explore as they learn and that she gets to use her creativity with them daily.

• Ms Jasmine

  Ms. Jasmine has worked in the field of early childhood education for some time! Ms. Jasmine finds joy in observing the interactions that children have with one another at this stage of development and seeing their personalities come through in imaginative play. Ms. Jasmine’s caring nature shines through every exchange.

• Ms Serenity

  Ms. Serenity has been in the field of early childhood education for a few years now! She loves the connections she is able to create with the children, as she believes connecting with them personally helps to create the security children need before they open themselves up to learning! Ms. Serenity brings a creative flair to her lessons, and loves that her role allows her creativity to shine!

  Ms. Chyenne has worked in the field of early childhood education for some time! She supports throughout the School as a Resource Teacher, a She loves that her role allows her to work with children as they transition from infancy, through toddlerhood, and into their preschool years, and seeing their personalities grow every step of the way.

• Ms Matina

  Ms. Matina has worked with children in various capacities for over three decades! She has always been amazed at the enthusiasm children have when experiencing everyday life -simple things we overlook as we get older. She believes their outlook is a fantastic reminder for us to slow down and experience life instead of rushing through it. Ms. Matina appreciates the curriculum support and opportunities provided for students and staff at Goddard.

• Ms Patience

  Ms. Patience has a genuine love for working with children and finds the greatest joy in those unforgettable “ah-ha” moments when a child’s eyes light up with pride and excitement after mastering a new concept or skill. These small but powerful breakthroughs are what fuel her passion for teaching. With a heart for teaching and a gift for connecting with young learners, she is committed to helping each child grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy.
